The scope of work is for the supply of 60 self-weathering steel poles, each 55 feet in length, with a minimum 0159 ft-kips capacity at the groundline (H1 equivalent). The poles must be equivalent to wood pole class H1 with a minimum groundline moment capacity of 0159 ft-kips and comply with the latest version of NES specification LSK-1212. The color of the CORROCOTE must be brown, and material certifications verifying the use of ASTM weathering steel must be included with the shipment. Only approved manufacturers and part numbers are accepted for this inquiry. Bidders must quote prices that remain open for acceptance through November 20, 2025, and deliver no more than two-section poles per unit. Deliveries are permitted Tuesday through Friday only, and compliance with loading and shipping instructions, including a requirement for layered strapping and advance loading diagrams for mixed loads (if approved), is mandatory. Alternate brands will not be accepted, and bid submissions must occur through the Vendor Web Portal by the specified deadline. Bidders must underline the brand being quoted and provide the earliest delivery date in calendar days. In case of discrepancies between ordering description and part number, the vendor must contact the buyer for clarification before the published open date.
