This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Engineering and Consulting Services Retainer, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) and Part 2 the Agreement (the "Project"). .1 The City's Solid Waste Management Services Division (SWMS) requires consulting retainer services from a qualified professional engineering firm to carry out small-scale standalone Work Assignments which include but are not limited to engineering studies, assessments, analysis, project management, and preparation of designs and drawings on an as-needed basis during the Term of the Agreement. .2 The Services required by the City, as a part of the Retainer, may include but are not limited to the following: -Civil Engineering; -Mechanical Engineering; -Electrical Engineering; -Architectural/Building Science Engineering; -Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Services; -Construction Contract Administration and Inspection Services; and -Specialized Technical and Testing Services. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of (36) months.
