Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Sub Completion 1 All Work Including Existing Girder Removal and New Girder Installation, Abutment Backfill Shall Be Completed by No Later Than March 28, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Final Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Remaining Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than June 30, 2026.
