Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Anola, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 28,434-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
On behalf of the Rural Municipality of Springfield, the project consists of a new two storey structure complete with open interconnected upper floor area with a total 4,148 sq.m (44,647 sq.ft) community recreation centre on an open greenfield 15 acre site within the RM of Springfield, Manitoba.The new recreation building construction will consist of a pre-engineered building structure in combination with conventional structural steel framing at the front entrance and suspended running/walking track. The building will include a hardcourt multi-sport Gym area completed with associated locker rooms and team rooms. In addition, the building will hold social and community events, administration areas and indoor playground area adjacent to cafe/lounge space. This project is considered phase 1 of a future phase 2 indoor turf facility and fitness centre addition to the west.
