The scope of work includes a complete renovation of the existing kitchen, which involves demolition of walls, ceiling, floor, and underground plumbing in the kitchen area only, installation of new underground plumbing, new concrete kitchen floor and tile, new walls and ceiling and finishes in kitchen, all new kitchen equipment, lights, hood assemblies, mechanical systems, and a new building addition for the cooler and freezer assembly, new grease interceptor, and new sanitary line. Main building work will include removal of existing toilet partitions and installation of new partitions, complete mechanical system controls replacement, and a new digital marquee. Proposers are instructed to identify their sealed Proposal by typing on the outside of the envelope: 'PROPOSAL NAME' followed by the corresponding RFP # as shown. Proposals received after the stated receipt date and time will be rejected. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain any addenda that pertains to this proposal.
