Prep, prime and paint all color coated stucco and non-painted concrete seating surfaces including retaining walls by pavilion and ASB and handball courts. 3. Prep, prime and paint all breezeways and overhangs. 4. Prep, prime and paint all previously painted vents, screens, and louvers. 5. Prep, prime and paint all wood and/or metal trim, doors (both interior and exterior sides), casings (both interior and exterior sides), fascia and window trim. 6. Prep, prime and paint over only identified murals. 7. Prep, prime and paint all pipes, electrical conduits, and boxes. 8.
