This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete all work associated with the construction of the LCEC Mobile Transformer Storage Facility located at 1611 Electric Lane North Fort Myers Florida, 33917. Work shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction plans, project specifications, and governing agency requirements. Work Included (General) a) Site Preparation i) Establish and maintain survey control and benchmarks. ii) Clear and grub all vegetation, debris, and unsuitable materials within the project limits. iii) Strip and stockpile topsoil for reuse as specified. iv) Remove existing site improvements, structures, or obstructions as shown on plans or directed by the Engineer. b) Earthwork i) Perform excavation, cut, and fill operations to achieve required subgrade elevations. ii) Import, place, and compact fill materials to specified densities. iii) Grade site to ensure positive drainage per approved grading plan. iv) Dispose of excess or unsuitable materials off-site in an approved manner. v) Conduct soil testing and compaction testing per specifications
