Project Duration: The Time Allowed for Performance of the Project Will Be 365 Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed. Project Partially Funded by the Federal Transit Administration (Fta) and Local Funds. Davis-bacon Wage Rates for Cobb County, Ga Will Also Apply. This Project is Partially Funded by the Federal Transit Administration (Fta) and Local Funds. Accordingly, the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Comply With All Applicable Fta, Federal and State Rules and Regulations, as Well as Those of Cobb County. Contractor Shall at All Times Comply With All Applicable Fta Regulations, Policies, Procedures and Directives, Including Without Limitation Those Listed Directly or by Reference in the Master Agreement, as They May Be Amended or Promulgated From Time to Time During the Term of This Contract. The Project Must Also Conform to All American With Disabilities Act (Ada) Regulations All Bidders Submitting Bids in Excess of $2,000,000.00 Must Be Prequalified With the Georgia Department of Transportation (Gdot). All Bidders Submitting Bids of $2,000,000.00 or Less Shall Be Registered Subcontractors or Prequalified With Gdot. Subcontractors Must Be Prequalified or Registered With Gdot. This Contract is Subject to the Requirements of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs. The Cobb County Department of Transportation Overall Goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe) Participation in Usdot Assisted Projects of 7%. Dbe Firms Must Be Certified With the Georgia Department of Transportation's Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) Office. Registering as a Vendor With Cobb County is Not Required for Bid Submittal. Registering as a Vendor Does Not Guarantee Receipt of Future Cobb County Bid Packages.
