This project consists of the construction of concrete pole bases for future poles on Union Avenue between B Street and C Street in the City of Pueblo, Colorado. The work includes installing concrete pole bases at six locations on Union Avenue. Required tasks are removal of existing brick pavers, drilling footer to the required depth, installing anchoring, installing supplied metal anchors into the footing, and reinstalling existing brick around the anchor base. Saw cutting of existing brick will be required. Submitted prices must include all charges for administration, labor, manufacture, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed. Prospective bidders must examine the location and proposed scope of services to determine the nature and amount of work required and cannot dispute costs or claim misunderstandings after bid submission. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept any bid in the best interest of the City. All awards are contingent upon appropriation of necessary funds and issuance of a Purchase Order or Service Agreement. All bids are subject to the conditions shown.
