Bids may be held bythe Calcasieu ParishPolice Jury for a periodnot to exceed forty-five(45) days from the dateof the opening of bids forthe purpose of reviewingthe bids and investigating the qualifications ofbidders, prior to award. Any personwith disabilities requiringspecial accommodationsmust contact the Calcasieu Parish Police Juryno later than seven (7)days prior to bid opening. The Calcasieu ParishPolice Jury reserves theright to reject any and allbids for just cause Bid date notes : All bids must be submitted on BID FORMS or Electronic Bid Forms.Paper Bids may be obtained in the Office of the Parish Purchasing Agent in the Government Building, requested via emailat purchasing@calcasieu.gov, or accessed via online.
