Electronic bids will be received for Low Voltage / Structured Cabling Services associated with The Westin Indianapolis Hotel at the Indianapolis International Airport. Each bid proposal shall include all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project in strict compliance with the drawings, specifications, and requirements prepared by CSO Architects, which are included in the bid packet. All proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids. All proposals must be on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, accompanied by a Financial Statement, properly and completely executed, and accompanied by a properly completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. Respondents shall begin the Work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the Work within the Contract Time as described in the construction schedule, to be made available as an addendum. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred (100) calendar days without written consent of the Owner. Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents are available electronically at no cost to all registered bidders and suppliers. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
