This project proposes to apply a preventative maintenance treatment to seal cracks and joint overlays and limited pavement repairs. This work will help to maintain and extend the life of the pavement surface and keeps the highway system in a state of good repair. 1. NY878 (Nassau Expressway) from Burnside Avenue to Rockaway Boulevard in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 2. Meadowbrook State Parkway from Merrick Road to NY27 (Sunrise Highway) in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 3. NY106 (Newbridge Road) from NY105 (Jerusalem Avenue) to NY24 (Hempstead Turnpike) in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 4. Northern State Parkway from Meadowbrook State Parkway to Wantagh State Parkway including ramps in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County 5. Southern State Parkway from Exit 32(NY110) to Exit 39 (NY231) in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County 6. Robert Moses Causeway from Ocean Parkway to the beginning of the Great South Bay Bridge in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 7. Robert Moses Causeway from the end of the Great South Bay Bridge to NY27A (Montauk Highway) in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County 8. NY454 (Veteran's Memorial Highway) from NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) to CR108 (Old Willets Path) in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County 9. NY25 (Middle Country Road) from CR83 (Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road) to Coram Mt. Sinai Road in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County. NYSDOT Region: 10 Long Island The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2027/2028. As of October 18, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2027. NYDOT : Crack Sealing Contract *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
