Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Huron East, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 151,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 256-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction Managers are invited to submit information indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the proposed Seaforth Long Term Care Home. The project consists of a new two storey 151,000sf Long Term Care Home accommodating 256 beds. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on insulated concrete walls with masonry veneer. Subject to Provincial and Municipal approvals, work on site is planned to start in April 2026 and require 24 months to complete. Information is to be submitted using CCDC Document 11 - 2018 identifying major project experience including long term care and retirement projects for which Construction Management services have been provided. Please refrain from submitting promotional materials not relevant to this prequalification. Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity, and quality of services, based on reviewing submissions and contacting references provided. Provide Owner and Consultant references who can confirm recent performance based on these criteria. Omni Quality Living has sole discretion over the selection of those firms, if any, who will be contacted to submit detailed proposals.
