Reference Number 0000305244 The Ontario Northland Transportation Commission ("ONTC") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of interior building upgrades at the North Bay Bus Station Building, located at 100 Station Road, North Bay, Ontario. Temporary trailers are permitted to remain in the parking lot during construction that ONTC will designate. A total of four (4) temporary washroom units is required, with one (1) unit being fully accessible to meet accessibility standards. Each unit must be: Self-contained, equipped with fresh water Capable of offering heating as an optional feature for user comfort in colder conditions. Supported by the following maintenance and operational services: Sewage pumping Fresh water refilling Regular disinfecting and cleaning These services should be included as part of the contract price. Note: The average daily passenger count is approximately 150. However, during peak periods, capacity can increase significantly, reaching up to 250 passengers within a 24-hour timeframe. Contractor may turnover the new washroom to ONTC as soon as the work is completed and accepted by ONTC. Once turned over to ONTC, the temporary washrooms facilities can be removed from the site. During the washroom renovation, the contractor shall access the washroom through the side door. Close off the area facing the lobby and ensure noise and dust is well contained.
