Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
ONTC is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to upgrade the heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning systems at the North Bay Car Shop building and to provide the services as described in the Scope of Work which can be found at Appendix B. This project aims to replace the existing steam heating and ventilation system with a new hydronic system as detailed in the drawings and specifications prepared by JL Richards. The Work shall be completed in compliance with ONTC safety policies, applicable codes, regulations and standards within the specified schedule without interrupting the current operations. The new system will be connected to the ONTC Building Automation System (BAS) to allow remote control and monitoring. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years and/or upon completion of the Deliverables, as outlined in Appendix A (March 15, 2028).
