The Project is described in general as a classroom addition to the K-8 building with other minor upgrades to the existing building Contract documents are made available only for the purposes of this Project. Their use does not grant a license for other purposes. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required in the full amount of the contract. Multiple prime contracts will be awarded. Offers shall be on a stipulated sum basis with segregated bids for each of the Bid Packages listed in Section 01 12 13 Summary of Multiple Contracts. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding and to enter into such contracts as shall be deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
