Site work and paving for a road / highway in Austin, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of ArDOT 061806 Hwy 38 & N. Lincoln Traffic Signal project. The work consists of new curbs, gutters, and concrete, new striping, and a new traffic signal at the Hwy 38 and N. Lincoln St. intersection. Potential contractors must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid on this project. Bids must be submitted using specifications and contract documents obtained from the specified sources, or they will be rejected. Applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and federal laws apply, including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the Work Hours Act of 1962, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Build America, Buy America provisions. The City of Austin reserves the right to reject all bids. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
