Site work for a civil project in Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes contractor labor for removal/replacement of existing equipment at the Sandy Hook WWTP site located on Bank Street in downtown Sandy Hook, KY. Also included is removal/replacement of existing equipment at the site of Sandy Hook's Prison wastewater pump station located at the site of the Little Sandy Corrections Complex on KY Rt 7, Prison Road , Sandy Hook, KY. Most of the equipment replacement items are being supplied separately, by direct purchase agreements by the Owner. Equipment to be directly supplied by the Owner is directly noted in the bidding documents. The contract completion time is three hundred sixty five (365) consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed date specified in the contract documents. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
