Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Access road work is slated to begin December 2025, with excavation work for the foundation of the new dam slated to begin March 2026. The RFP contains a scope-of-work, 60% plans and specifications, technical and experience requirements, and a bid schedule of work items and estimated quantities. The construction manager is releasing the project out for pricing in packages. This package contains trades such as electrical, drilling, grouting, blasting. Contact the CM directly for access to the project documents and qualification procedures. The CMAR and Engineer (HDR, Inc.) will evaluate proposals and select the subcontractor who provides the best combination of price and qualifications. The selected Rock Subcontractor will be notified of their acceptance on or about November 25, 2025. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 All interested parties will be provided with answers and clarifications by November 4.
