The Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA) is requesting proposals for Exterior Pressure-Washing Services for Public Housing Apartment Buildings, Offices, Community Centers, and other RMHA Buildings. This will be a two-year contract with an additional one-year extension option if agreeable by both the contracted company and RMHA. Contractors are required to provide $1,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, $1,000,000.00 Business Auto Liability with Rocky Mount Housing Authority as additional insured; and, if applicable according to North Carolina State Regulations, Workers Compensation; $1,000,000.00 Employer’s Liability. Proposals should be marked on the front of the envelope with “PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES” along with the agency name, address, and contact person. RMHA reserves the right to award the contract on whatever single or combined basis as is in the best interest to the Authority, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of thirty days.
