Electronically submitted bids are requested for the Pump Station Replacement at Countryside Golf Course. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The work performed must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the contract in the full amount of the contract price. Roof of pump house shall not be removed by either Owner or Contractor. Hatch in roof or doorways will be only accessible entry/exit means for this project.
