Renovation of a municipal facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project consists of replacing the existing vinyl siding and trim on two garage structures with painted fiber cement lap siding and new trim. The scope includes: removal of existing vinyl siding, installation of new 7" fiber cement lap siding suitable for the building type, installation of 1" x 6" trim around garage doors, entry doors, windows, and structure corners, removal and replacement of metal fascia, and painting and caulking of the new siding and trim. Pricing must include labor, materials, underlayment, furring strips, air and water barriers, trim, finishes, flashing, paint, and caulking. An optional cost should be provided for substituting a portion of siding with a 36" tall stone veneer facade on parking lot-facing sides, as defined in the specifications. All bidders must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Kentucky and provide adequate workers' compensation insurance. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the site before submission and must keep the proposal process confidential. Proposals will be evaluated on adequacy, experience, completion timeline, and cost.
