Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Hendry County, Florida, for Dallas B. Townsend Agricultural Center Flooring Project ITB#2026-04 1. Install an LVP glue down in 20 mil (Owner will select color when contractor is selected) 2. Install Ceramic tile in Kitchen. 3. Remove all existing flooring areas that are shown on floor plans (remove flooring, glue and thin set) (Grind all areas pre floor plan) 4. Patch all areas that are needed before installation. 5. Moving all large furniture and reset. 6. Labor and Materials 5 1/4 inch (square profile) custom white primed baseboard, (Installation includes removal of existing baseboard and installation of new baseboard). 7. Clean up and removal of all debris associated with the SOW. 8. Please List type of warranties and water proofing.
