Last Day to ask questions - Wednesday November 5, 2025 @ 2pm This project consists of installing approximately 12,000 LF of 8-inch water main to add redundancy in South Pittsburg water system. The alignment includes jack and bore beneath I-24 and HDD under Battle Creek. It will start behind the Walmart, cross through farmland, and end near Rivers Landing. QA date add as per Adda 1.Furnishing all materials,labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Marion County South Pittsburg - Kimball Interconnect Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bondattached to the Contract Documents or aSurety Company's Standard Bid Bond,duly executed by the Bidder as principaland having as surety thereon a suretycompany licensed to do business in theState of Tennessee and listed as a certifiedcompany in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All bidders must be licensedand shall comply with all requirements ofthe State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The Owner will in no way beliable for any costs incurred by any bidderin the preparation of its Bid in response tothis Invitation to Bid.The successful Bidderfor this Contract will be required to furnisha satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves theright to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
