The City of Saginaw is seeking qualified contractors to submit quotations for the remodeling of our existing facility located at 355 W. McLeroy Saginaw, Tx . The intent of this project is to modernize and improve the building's functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with current building codes. The project, as currently planned, will consist of a new enclosed walkway between existing buildings at the existing Saginaw City Hall in Saginaw, Texas. The walkway will have a footprint on the order of 1,200 square feet. Plate A.1, Plan of Boring, presents the approximate location of the exploration boring. Renovation of existing library building into renovated space for other building services, new opening for connection to existing adjacent building, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations Please note there are baseline bids and alternate bids in this project. The City of Saginaw reserves the right to add or take away any furnishings or equipment.
