Site work for a water / sewer project in Anmoore, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** Bids rejected. Re-bid to follow. Contract #1: Water Distribution System Upgrades that consist of approximately 6,100 LF of 8" PVC, 13,050 LF of 6" PVC, 2,190 LF of 4" PVC, and 2,100 LF of 2" PVC Waterline. The project will also consist of approximately 3,100 LF of various sized customer service line ranging from 3/4 " to 1-1/2". Approximately 210 customers will be reconnected, 45 EA Gate Valves ranging in size from 2" to 8" will be installed, 14 EA Fire Hydrants will be installed and all related appurtenances to complete the project. This Contract also includes a deductive alternative. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method requested. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats: Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying the amount of each set listed below. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges Question Deadline 01/20/2026 Biddershallsubmit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
