The work consists of minor repairs of two (2) ground storage tanks at Water Plant 1, and the rehabilitation of one (1) 150,000-gallon ground storage tank, two (2) 50,000-gallon ground storage tanks, one (1) 5,000-gallon pressure tank, and one (1) 4,000-gallon pressure tank at Iola and 3090 water plants. Water Plant 1 consists of one (1) 100,000-gallon ground storage tank, and one (1) 150,000-gallon ground storage tank. The Iola Plant consists of one (1) 150,000-gallon ground storage tank, one (1) 50,000-gallon ground storage tank, and one (1) 5,000-gallon pressure tank (for this contract, Pressure Tank No. 1, manufactured in 1987, will be the pressure tank rehabilitated at the Iola Plant). The 3090 Water Plant consists of one (1) 50,000-gallon ground storage tank, and one (1) 4,000-gallon pressure tank. Water Plant 1 is located at approximately 3741 FM-2776, Bryan, TX 77808.
