Wickson Creek Special Utility District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: FM 1179 TXDOT BRIDGE WIDENING WATER LINE RELOCATION The Project includes the following Work: Base: Removal of existing 4 and 8 water line and installing / relocating 2,474 LF of 12 water line and associated appurtenances. Additive Alt.: Cap and abandonment of existing 4 water line and installing / relocating 700 LF of 12 water line. Also, 2 - 20 HDPE casing bores at 240 LF total and associated appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: FM 1179 TxDOT Bridge Widening Water Line Relocation Owner anticipates that the Project s total base bid price will be approximately $578,400 with an additive alternate bid price of $189,150 . The Project has an expected duration of 180 days for base bid and with an additional 60 days for the additive alternate bid duration.
