Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bryan, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Professional architecture services are requested for the complete design and construction of an Animal Shelter, including parking and related structures. Services to be provided encompass the assessment and verification of existing conditions, review of City design standards, surveying as needed, specifications for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, computer-aided design and drafting documentation, preparation of bidding documents, permitting services, construction cost estimation, value engineering, assistance with bidding and award activities, arranging and conducting meetings, construction phase services including construction management, and assistance in the warranty review. The intent is to select a single consultant to provide all these outlined services. Firms are encouraged to submit one electronic or hard copy Statement of Qualifications as prescribed, adhere to the deadlines and procedures for submission, and refrain from unauthorized contact with City officials or employees during the RFQ process.
