The City of Warner Robins is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and supervision necessary to perform a variety of maintenance and repair services to the City’s stormwater drainage systems and related infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for one year with three one-year renewal options. The cost for individual projects will be based on the unit prices submitted by the selected contractor. Projects may include storm system pipe inspection and repair, repairing pipes, inlets, culverts, catch basins, headwalls, and other drainage structures, restoring disturbed landscape areas to a condition equal to or better than the original state (including grass installation, mulching, shrub planting, and irrigation repairs), and traffic control. Contractors must submit a company history, a business license, and proof of certification for key employees. Proof of insurance must be provided within 10 days of bid award. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, comprehensive vehicle liability, umbrella liability, and workers compensation (if applicable). Bidders must upload all required documents through the City's IonWave electronic bidding system by the specified deadline, acknowledge all bid attributes, and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to remain eligible. Submission of a bid constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, scope of work/services, and addenda.
