The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for tree removal and stump grinding services to be completed at various parks throughout the City. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The scope of services include, but may not be limited to, the following: Tree removal Stump grinding All areas surrounding the work site shall be protected from debris or damage. Repairs resulting from any damage to the surrounding areas will be the responsibility of the awarded bidder The awarded bidder must coordinate with and advise the Community & Economic Development Department of their work site schedule so that a City representative may be onsite while work is being completed All work shall be substantially completed within thirty (30) days of the issued Purchase Order unless otherwise directed by the City Photographs of each site are provided as attachments within each line item listing. Trees and stumps included in the scope are marked onsite. It is the bidder's responsibility to locate, visit, and be familiar with each location prior to bid submission. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions. All questions must be submitted via online by August 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
