The work includes all tools, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of accumulated solids materials or sludge from the two settling lagoons at the Village of Tannersville Water Treatment Plant by dredging/pumping and hauling the material to a wastewater treatment facility or other permitted disposal location. Deductive Alternate No. 1 may be implemented for cost reduction to eliminate Lagoon #2 from the work scope. Bidders are responsible for registering their contact information with Lamont Engineers, P.C. to receive addenda. All questions regarding the bid shall be directed to the Village's designated representative, and any answered by others will be non-binding. The Village reserves the right to reject all bids, waive informalities, and disregard non-conforming or conditional bids.
