Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The City of Tacoma (City) / Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the Citys needs for the design, fabrication, finishing, and delivery of a fully engineered modular Vehicular Rolled Girder Steel Bridge to a staging area location near Tacoma Power's LaGrande Dam access road and LaGrande reservoir near Alder, Washington. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability Submittals must be received by the City's Procurement and Payables Division by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. For electronic submittals, the specification number must be included in the subject line of the email, and all submittal attachments (not links) must be sent to sendbid@tacoma.gov. The maximum email size is 35 MB and multiple emails may be sent for each submittal. For in-person submittals, the specification number must be included on the outside of the envelope. Late submittals will be returned unopened and rejected as non-responsive. Register for the Bid Holders List on the City of Tacoma Purchasing website to receive notices of addenda and updates.
