Renovation of a municipal facility in Lodi, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposals are being sought for brick repointing and window replacement at the Lodi Board of Education Office, 8 Hunter Street, Lodi, New Jersey. Terms of proposal and surety are specified in the project specifications, which can be inspected and obtained for a non-refundable deposit. Bid submission requires a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount (maximum $20,000) and a 100% performance bond from the successful bidder. All bids must comply with provisions of the Public Disclosure Law and specific state regulations. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and may waive defects or informalities if deemed to be in the best interest of the district. Only bids delivered in person by the bid opening time will be considered. Proof of business registration with the NJ Department of Treasury is also required. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified to bid on work specified by the New Jersey State Board of Education (Title 18A:18A-27). Bidders must comply with N.J.P.L. 1977 c.33, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Proof of registration with the NJ Department of Treasury is required to conduct business with any school district.
