Refurbishment of Bathrooms at Pulaski Park Project description: Refurbishment of bathrooms at Pulaski Park to include removal and replacement of old fixtures, doors and windows, among other improvements. Removals to include existing bathrooms complete, (3) doors, plywood infills at windows, existing interior CMU dividing walls at bathrooms and exterior sidewalks. Floor sawcutting/restore as required for new plumbing locations. Remove existing bathroom doors and replace with new bathroom doors for ADA compliance, new exterior hollow metal door units with hardware. Remove old pair of doors to storage. Add new exterior door unit with hardware Infill (9) window openings with CMU. Re-grade exterior around two sides approximately 7". Pour new 4” thick concrete sidewalks for ADA access. Restore site. Raise manhole up by approx 7" also to meet new grade. Re-paint exterior of building inclusive of (3) new door units. New sheetrock wall assemblies and acoustical ceilings at bathrooms. Repaint interior of new bathrooms. Prep/paint existing concrete floors within bathroom areas. Does not include painting storage room area. New toilet room accessories including grab bars, toilet tissue dispensers, minors, soap dispensers, waster receptacles, women's sanitary disposal and paper towel dispensers. Plumbing removals, new waste offsets. Add ADA toilets and sinks. Toilet rooms will go from two toilets to one. Toilet will be moved over a foot or so, and sinks should be installed at location of previous toilets. Sinks will require hot water. Remove and cap old sinks/toilets. 13. Electrical upgrades with LED fixtures, emergency light, exhaust fan, GFCis, move panel to storage area, new meter and service mast.
