Site work for a residential development in Lawrence, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development.
As of January 02, 2026. Project was awarded to Carl Bowers & Sons in the amount of $2,426,555.76. The work consists of construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, roadway, and site grading for a 44-lot residential subdivision. Work will include 2,800 L.F. sanitary sewer, 4,400 L.F. water main, 5,600 L.F. storm sewer, 4,200 L.F. of street construction, clearing and grubbing, stormwater pond expansion, and site grading of a nearby 12-acre town parcel. All bids must be submitted online via QuestCDN vBid in accordance with and upon the worksheet provided online. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the McMahon Associates, Inc. website or QuestCDN for a non-refundable fee. An optional paper set of bidding documents is available for an additional charge. No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Lawrence in the amount of at least 10% of the maximum bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, or accept the bid that best serves the interests of the Town of Lawrence. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening without the owner's consent. Contract letting is subject to certain Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing.
