Reference Number 0000402106 FCSD is a K-12 public school district serving the Freeland, MI community. The Middle/High School building is the largest campus in the district, supporting a dense student population and requiring high performance, secure, and reliable network infrastructure. This project is a continuation of the district's technology refresh cycle. Previous projects upgraded the Elementary and Learning Center with Aruba CX switches and Aruba 635/567 APs. This project aims to align the Middle/High School with the same standard for a seamless district-wide Aruba network or equivalent. The selected vendor will be responsible for the supply, delivery, configuration and installation of the new network switches and access points, including any necessary connectors, configuration, and testing. The Bonding company must be on the U.S. Treasury list and approved by the State of Michigan. FCSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request. FCSD reserves the right to negotiate with any bidder, or to cancel part or all of this RFP if it is in the best interest of FCSD. Successful bidders may be asked to participate in negotiations and be asked to make revisions to their proposals based on these negotiations.
