The Project is described as follows: Boiler replacement, HVAC controls replacement, and interior lighting upgrade at Millers Point Elementary School 7027 Misty Ridge Dr., Converse, TX 78109. HVAC controls replacement at Olympia Elementary School 8439 Athenian, Universal City, TX 78148. Boiler replacement, HVAC controls replacement, and interior lighting upgrade at Park Village Elementary School 5855 Midcrown Dr. San Antonio, TX 78218. HVAC controls replacement and interior lighting upgrade at Paschall Elementary School 6351 Lakeview Dr. San Antonio, TX 78244. HVAC controls upgrade at Rolling Meadows Elementary School 17222 FM 2252, San Antonio, TX 78266. Boiler replacement and HVAC control replacement at Salinas Elementary School 10560 Old Cimarron Trail, Universal City, TX 78148. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Drawings or other Contract Documents, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he must at once request the Architect for an interpretation, who will send a written instruction to each person receiving a complete set of such documents. The Bidder submitting a request for interpretations will be responsible for its prompt delivery. All requests for interpretations shall be made in writing through Public Purchase. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 12:00 PM, on Friday, November 14, 2025. Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD Public Purchase site. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered.
