Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 2:00 PM MTThe City of St. George, Utah, is requesting proposals from qualified transportation engineering firms to prepare an update to the Citys Transportation Master Plan (TMP). The goal is to ensure that the Citys transportation master plan and planning efforts are based on current data, align with regional growth, and complies with applicable state laws. II. Project Objectives Identify current transportation system deficiencies. Evaluate future growth and land use projections. Update roadway classifications and system planning. Incorporate the Active Transportation Plan. Identify and prioritize capital projects with planning-level cost estimates. Provide data to comply with Utah Code 10-8-87: Transportation connectivity plan -- Reporting. Provide technical data to support the Street Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA).
