The Conseil des ecoles fransaskoises (CEF) is the only French language school board that services the entire province of Saskatchewan with its 15 schools throughout the province. The CEF offers French language education to all French language families traditionally from Fransaskois families but also all French language newcomers from everywhere in the world. There are two projects currently proposed: one located in Saskatoon and the other located in Prince Albert. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Cost Consultant to work collaboratively with the project team to maximize the scope, value, and quality of the project during the design phase by submitting detailed cost estimates at critical design milestones that are in alignment with the project requirements. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent's Submission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
