Site work for a civil project in New Rochelle, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will fund the installation of a new leak detection system at the New Rochelle Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility. The system will apply to a section of PVC pipe that conveys sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) underground from the chemical storage room to the odor control day tank. The work will include modifications to the existing piping, installation of new piping, containment coating, and new instrumentation. The project is include in the Westchester County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
