Site work and renovation of a civil project in Larchmont, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will provide for the replacement of the Flint Avenue Pumping Station Forcemain, which carries sewage from the Flint Avenue Pumping Station approximately 3,100 linear feet to the New Rochelle East Interceptor Gravity sewer at the end of Willow Avenue near the Premium River. The plan is to potentially end the forcemain at the high point of the forcemain and transition to a gravity sewer in lieu of continuing as forcemain downhill. The project is include in the Westchester County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 22, 2025, information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
