Description

Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Larchmont, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The Town of Mamaroneck proposes to renovate the Hommocks Ice Rink skate shop. The project consists of the demolition of the existing skate shop, installation of a new helical pile foundation and slab on grade, and the reconstruction of a new skate shop building including flooring, walls, doors, lighting, and new electrical outlets. The renovations are subject to all applicable codes adopted by New York State pertaining to building construction. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
