Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Larchmont, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roofing and asphalt roll roofing. Improvements also include new gutters, boots/flashing around existing penetrations, insulation, coverboard, drip edges and flashings. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work described herein.
