Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a medical facility.

Provide all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, testing, and related resources necessary to prepare existing space for installation of a new PET/CT system in Room A011D. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications, utility system work, fire protection system modifications, abatement activities, demolition and removal of existing construction and associated appurtenances, and all other work necessary for complete project execution. The contractor shall perform site investigations to fully understand existing conditions and project constraints. Construction activities must comply with all solicitation requirements, project specifications and drawings, applicable VA Technical Information Library (TIL) requirements, infection control risk assessment (ICRA) requirements, interim life safety measures (ILSM), local codes, and national codes. The work also includes coordination with equipment vendors and adherence to established project working-hour restrictions and containment requirements. The anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days. Location: John Cochran VA Medical Center, 915 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63106. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
