Provide Labor and Materials: Base Scope: Outdoor Classroom o Per the Drawings and the environmental project manual attached with this bid package. o Schedule: Spring Break o Start Date: 03/16/2026 o Completion Date: 04/10/2026 Alternate 1: Thanksgiving Break Schedule o Start Date: 11/24/2025 o Completion Date: 12/19/25 1) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 2) Contractor to provide safety/barrier fence during construction. 3) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 4) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 5) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day 6) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 7) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 8) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 9) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 10) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 11) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 12) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing. 13) Closeouts per CPS Standards section 01 78 00. 14) All work to be conducted according to CPS Specifications. 15) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications. 16) All questions/requests must be received by noon on 10/31/2025. If necessary, Addendum will be issued by COB 11/03/2025
