The project includes the removal of existing below-ground fuel tanks, installation of new above-ground fuel tanks, replacement of the fuel dispenser, connection to the existing building EMCS, provision of a new air pump at the fuel island, and installation of a new convenience receptacle. The work is divided into two volumes: Volume 1 covers all scope items except for the physical fuel tank installation, and Volume 2 covers only the physical fuel tank installation. Final Completion within 120 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted electronically through eVA or delivered by hand or shipping to the specified address. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond and be registered vendors in eVA. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids, and other requirements are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis based on the Total Base Bid Amount and any Additive Bid Items at the Owner's discretion.
