Project is awarded to AJM Electric Inc with no bid amount available ** Sealed proposals are requested for Mechanical Construction, General Construction, and Electrical Construction at Indian Lane Elementary and Media Elementary Schools. The projects include a mechanical system renovation and upgrade for air conditioning that will involve new piping, ductwork, mechanical units, and other related work, as well as associated ceiling, cabinetry, and electrical work required as per the provided drawings. Proposals must conform to all requirements in the bidding documents. Registration with the architect is required prior to receiving bidding documents. Bidders need to email the architect with their company details and contact information to obtain access. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted in the specified Request For Information (RFI) format. The owner reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, reject any or all bids, or award any contract deemed in the best interest of the owner.
