The Bay County Board of County Commissioners invites firms to submit statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services to support the construction and installation of three additional filters at the Water Treatment Plant. Professional services to be provided include, but are not limited to, surveying, design review based on their combined experience with Water Treatment Plant filters involving process and equipment, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and the EPA. Respondents shall comply with the FDEP Supplementary Conditions and the labor standards clauses shown at Exhibit 3. All firms, to include sub-consultants, shall be State of Florida licensed professionals and shall have experience in designing utility systems to include water and/or wastewater treatment facilities. Engineering firms shall be Florida licensed firms. Engineers shall hold a Florida Professional Engineer's license. Question Deadline 11/19/2025 at 5:00 PM CT. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
