Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of the replacement of water and wastewater lines, pavement, and curb. The limits of the project are Briarcliff Road off of State Avenue. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. The Project shall be substantially complete within 270 days and fully complete within 300 days.
